Several unique uses require regulations intended to accommodate such uses in a reasonable and equitable manner while safeguarding the property rights of all individuals and the health, safety, and general welfare of the community. Toward these ends, this Chapter provides for a more detailed evaluation of each use conditionally permitted in a specific zoning district with respect to such considerations as location, design, size, method(s) of operation, intensity of use, public facility requirements, and traffic generation to ensure that each proposal is consistent with the intent and objectives of the particular district in which it is to be located. Accordingly, a Conditional Use Permit shall be required for any use deemed a conditional use by this
Code, subject to the procedures and requirements of this Chapter and Section 1173.02.
