1105.03 BUILDING LINE MAP.

    The Building Line Map incorporated into the Zoning Code of the City of Lakewood by this section, attached to Ordinance 51-10 as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and made a part of the Zoning Code of the City. Such map amends and changes the former map, attached to Ordinance 51-10 as Exhibit B, by establishing a building line of 0-5 feet along the entire length of both Detroit Avenue and Madison Avenue within the City.

1105.04 APPLICATION.

    No lot shall be used and no structure shall be used, erected, moved, or altered unless in conformity with the Code and the regulations and uses permitted in the district in which the lot is or the structure is or is intended to be located.
