909.01 WEIGHING OF PRIVATE TRUCKS; FEE.

The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to make the City scales, located adjacent to the Lakewood Incinerator, available for the weighing of privately owned trucks, provided that a fee not exceeding twenty-five cents (25¢) shall be charged and collected on

behalf of the City for each truck weighed. (Ord. 4150. Passed 3-15-1943.)
