The Director of Public Works is authorized to designate parking areas for vehicles in the respective parks, and no vehicle shall be parked within the parks in any area other than those so designated. All persons within the parks shall obey the orders of police officers, park foremen and caretakers with respect to driving, stopping and parking vehicles therein.
