903.07 NONCONFORMING SIDEWALKS.

The City may require sidewalks not laid in conformity with the requirements of this chapter to be re-laid or repaired in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. The materials conforming to the requirements of this chapter are concrete or stone flagging. Materials such as asphalt or pavers are not permitted for the repair or replacement of sidewalks.
