743.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense, and for a second or subsequent offense, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 44-18. Passed 3-4-2019.)
