565.08 TRIMMING OF TREES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

The Director shall, and is hereby directed to, keep all trees standing upon any public place in the City trimmed so that the branches of such trees projecting over any public sidewalk, private driveway or into any public street beyond the curb line shall not conflict with the public welfare. (Ord. 97-58. Passed 12-15-1958. )
