553.04 SPEED LIMIT.

(a) No locomotive, car or trains of cars shall be moved or operated so as to cross or enter upon any street within the City at a speed greater than thirty-five miles an hour.

(b) Any railroad company or any engineer or conductor violating this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
