(a) The owner or operator of any establishment where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold shall as construct and maintain the doorway or street entrance of his place of business so as to provide a clear and open view of the interior of such place of business during the hours liquor is not being sold.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
