529.04 LIQUOR CONSUMPTION IN MOTOR VEHICLE.

(a) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. This section does not apply to persons described in Section 529.07(d).

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
