(a) No person engaged in the plowing of snow from driveways, parking lots or other similar areas, shall deposit the now therefrom in or upon any public street.
(b) No person engaged in the plowing of snow from driveways, parking lots or other similar areas, shall deposit the snow therefrom onto the property of another without the permission of the owner or occupant of the property.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
