(a) Except as otherwise provided for, any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense committed within six months of a prior offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (b) Any person who willfully or knowingly violates any provision of this chapter or violates Section 515.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(c) Each day of violation of any provision of this chapter constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 66-76. Passed 12-6-76.)
