381.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 303.99(b).

(b) In addition to the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof, any police officer shall have authority to seize any raft, float, boat, vessel or other watercraft, in use or about to be used for navigation purposes as hereinbefore prohibited.
