381.33 PRIMA-FACIE EVIDENCE OF NEGLIGENCE.
   A violation of any of the provisions of Section 381.02 through 381.32 which results in injury to any person or damage to property shall constitute prima-facie evidence of negligence in a civil action. (ORC 1547.34)
