353.11 PERMIT FEE REFUND NOT PERMITTED.
   Once a permit has been issued hereunder, there shall be no refund of the permit fee to the permit holder, or his estate, in the event of death, removal of residence from the City or for any other reason whatsoever. (Ord. 28-68. Passed 5-6-1968. )
