353.09 DISPLAYING THE PERMIT.

The holder of a permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall display it in the automobile described in his/her application, in a position hanging from the rearview mirror and with the City logo facing out, so it will be plainly visible from the outside. Such permit shall at all times be displayed as herein provided.
