353.08 PERMIT FEES AND PERIODS.

The Director of Public Safety shall, from time to time, promulgate a Municipal Parking Schedule, which shall provide rates for parking meters throughout the City, permit fees, effective dates and renewal fees, by filing said Schedule with the Clerk of Council. If Council fails to reject said Schedule within sixty days, said Schedule shall become effective.
