No person being the owner or having possession or control of a vehicle, shall park or permit such vehicle to remain parked on any street in the City for a period in excess of twenty-four hours:
(a) While such vehicle is in a disabled condition; or
(b) Without usage in the usual and ordinary manner even though such vehicle is moved from place to place on the same street.
The term "disabled" means a flat tire or such mechanical defect that such vehicle cannot be operated under its own power or on public streets in compliance with statutory or ordinance requirements. (Ord. 37-10. Passed 7-19-2010.)
