337.30 SPILLAGE OF FUEL.
   No person who is the owner, operator or person in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit or allow any gasoline, fuel oil, diesel oil or similar liquid to spill, flow or drain from such motor vehicle onto any of the streets within the City.
