154.01 DESIGN STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES ADOPTED.

The Planning Commission at the recommendation of the Administration or City Council, shall periodically adopt, review and amend the Architectural Standards Workbook and any other design standards and guidelines deemed necessary for use by the Architectural Board of Review.
