(a) The provisions of this chapter shall have no application to the records and procedures of the Director of Law in the prosecution of offenses or of the Division of Police, or to any activities of the City set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 1347.04.
(b) Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted to conflict with Ohio law conceming the disclosure of public records, to the extent the same may directly conflict with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 18-14. Passed 6-2-2014.)
