148.03 CREATION OR SUBSTANTIAL ENLARGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
   Whenever a city official establishes a new personal information system or substantially
enlarges a prior existing one, he or she shall complete documentation of that personal information system and forward it to the office of the Mayor.
