As used in this chapter:
(a) "Personal information," "maintains" and "system" shall have the same meaning as in Ohio Revised Code Section 1347.01.
(b) "City official' means the Mayor, the chief of the Division of Police, the chief of the Division of Fire, and the directors of the various departments of the City.
(c) "Personal information system officer" means an individual who has been appointed pursuant to Section 148.04.
