146.06 BYLAWS, RULES OF OPERATION AND MEETINGS.

The Lakewood Animal Safety and Welfare Advisory Board is authorized to adopt its own bylaws and general rules of operation. Such bylaws and rules shall be consistent with this Chapter. The Board shall meet annually and at other times determined necessary by the Board.
