(a) Fifty percent plus one of the current voting Keep Lakewood Beautiful Board members shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business. The members of the Board shall regularly attend meetings and public hearings of the Board and serve without compensation.
(b) The Board shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson from among its members before proceeding to any other matters of business during the January meeting. The Board shall meet regularly and shall designate the time and place of its meetings.
(c) The Board shall adopt its own rules of procedure and keep a record of its proceedings. Newly appointed members shall be installed at the first regular meeting after their appointment.
(d) In order to accomplish its responsibilities, the Board may establish subcommittees made up of an unspecified number of community volunteers. A Board member must chair each subcommittee. (Ord. 12-15. Passed 4-20-2015.)
