140.02 OFFICES OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Department of Human Services shall be organized into various offices, as follows:
   (a)   Office of Health Services.
   (b)   Office of Aging Services.
   (c)   Office of Youth Services.
   (d)   Office of Child Care Services.
   (e)   Such other offices as established by the Director of Human Services and provided for by Council.
