The salary of the Director of Law shall cover all ordinary services, including legal advice and opinions, as requested by Council or any individual member of Council, the Mayor and directors of departments, the drafting of ordinances and resolutions, attendance at Council meetings, and the administration and supervision of the Department of Law. The Director of Law, the Assistant Director of Law and the Assistant Prosecutor shall receive, as additional compensation, professional fees for the handling of any litigation involving the City or for other extraordinary services, such fees not to exceed seventy dollars ($70.00) per hour.
All compensation provided for herein shall be paid in equal installments every two weeks. (Ord. 11-95. Passed 3-20-1995.)
