121.14 APPOINTMENT OF CLERK OF COUNCIL.

Council shall appoint a Clerk who shall serve at the pleasure of Council, and who shall perform such duties as Council may direct. The Clerk shall also be subject to all general rules and regulations governing employees of the City.
