(a) The Director of the Department of Human Services/Division of Health is hereby authorized to apply for and accept health emergency preparedness planning grants from the Ohio Department of Health or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health, where no City matching funds are required under the grant agreement.
(b) The Mayor is hereby authorized to agree, on behalf of the City, to be bound by all contract terms and conditions required in order to receive grant funds for the Department of Human Services/Division of Health authorized by subsection (a) hereof, subject to approval by the Director of Health.
