111.09 PURCHASE OF RECYCLED PAPER REQUIRED.

The City shall purchase only recycled paper for its needs, where such paper is competitively priced, in that it does not exceed the cost of nonrecycled paper by more than ten percent.

The City Administration shall carry out this mandatory policy where such paper product is compatible with City equipment.
