(a) Persons, other than duly recognized news media requesting the mailing of the agenda, complete docket and/or minutes of the regular and special meetings of Council and the agenda and/or complete docket of the Board of Zoning Code Appeals, the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals and/or the Planning Commission, are required to fill out a form provided by the Clerk of Council or the Secretary of said Board or Commission for such purposes.
(1) Charges for the aforementioned items shall be pursuant to Section 143.08
, plus applicable postage.
(2) Persons, other than duly recognized news media desiring to subscribe to the aforementioned items, shall pay the fee provided for in paragraph (a)(1) hereof for a period of not less than six months.

(b) The Clerk of Council shall send free of charge one copy of the complete docket of Council to each branch of the Lakewood Public Library, and upon request, one such copy to duly recognized news media.
(c) The Secretary of the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals shall send free of charge one copy of the complete docket of the Planning Commission, and the Board of Zoning and Building Code Appeals to each branch of the Lakewood Public Library and, upon request, one such copy to duly recognized news media.
