Minutes of all regular and special meetings of public bodies set forth in Section 109.01 shall promptly be recorded in writing, open to the public for inspection and posted in digital format on the primary website of the City. Minutes of executive sessions of public bodies need only reflect the general subject matter of discussion in such executive session.
