107.12 PUBLICATION BY POSTING WHERE NOT OTHERWISE ESTABLISHED.

Publication of all ordinances, resolutions, notices or other acts, procedures and statements, including financial statements, or reports that are required by law to be published, and for which no specific provision for publication is otherwise made in the Charter or the Codified Ordinances, shall be by posting copies thereof.
