107.08 NOTICE OF SALE OR LEASE OF REAL ESTATE.

Notice to bid for the sale or lease of municipally owned real property no longer needed for a municipal purpose shall be by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
