107.03 NOTICE OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT.

Publication of the annual financial report shall be by publishing a copy of such report once in a newspaper of general circulation within the City on or before March 31 annually, and by posting copies thereof. (Ord. 18-66. Passed 3-21-1966.)
