When publication of municipal ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports is required to be by posting, copies thereof shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days on paper in the Municipal Departments and Administration Building, Administrative Section, and in digital format on the primary website of the City.
