   Dock or wharf lines of Rocky River within the limits of the City of Lakewood, from the southerly line of land conveyed to the City of Lakewood, by deed recorded in Volume 3248, Page 350, Cuyahoga County Deed Records, to the shore line of Lake Erie, are hereby established as follows:
   Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and in original Rockport Township Section 23, and further described as follows:
   Beginning at the easterly bank of Rocky River at a point which will be known as point number one, and which may be located from a stone in the northwesterly corner of original Rockport Township Section 18, and in the southerly line of original Rockport Township Section 23 and described as follows:
   Such stone bears N 89° 32' 40" W, 738.29 feet from a stone on the easterly bank of Rocky River, which stone is slightly south of the southerly line of such Section 23.
   Thence from such stone in the northwesterly corner of such Section 18, N 89° 33' 09-1/2" W, 70.05 feet.
   Thence N 0° 26' 50-1/2" E, 1221.71 feet to such point number one and the place of beginning.
   Thence from such point number one, N 10° 18' E, 437.40 feet to the center line of Bridge Approach produced from which a stone in the center line of Bridge Approach bears S 70° 51' 22" E, 275.30 feet.
   Thence N 10° 18" E, 262.03 feet to point number two at which point such line is tangent to the arc of a circle.
   Thence deflecting to the left along such arc of a circle, 622.36 feet to a point of tangency and point number three, such arc having a radius of 1,100 feet and a chord which bears N 5° 54' 30" W, 614.09 feet.
   Thence along such tangent, N 22° 07' W, 105.84 feet to point number four.
   Thence N 17° 32' 30" W, 147.46 feet to a point of curvature in the arc of a circle and point number five.
   Thence deflecting to the left along such arc of a circle, 542.85 feet to a point of tangency and point number six, such arc having a radius of 1,400 feet and a chord which bears N 28° 39' W, 539.46 feet.
   Thence along such tangent, N 39° 45' 30" W, 480.40 feet to point number seven.
   Thence N 42° 55' 13" W, 310.97 feet to point number eight, which bears S 58° 49' 44" W, 56.50 feet from an iron pin in the east bank of Rocky River.
   Thence from point number eight N 48° 38' 53" W, to the shores of Lake Erie.
