Beginning at a point in the intersection of the south shore of Lake Erie with the intersection of the extension of the center line of Belle Avenue; thence south in the extension of the center line of Belle Avenue and the center line of Belle Avenue to the center line of Bayes Avenue; thence west in the center line of Bayes Avenue to the center line of Warren Road; thence south in the center line of Warren Road to the center line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard and also the south corporation line; thence west in the south corporation line to the center line of Woodward Avenue; thence north in the center line of Woodward Avenue to the center line of Detroit Avenue; thence east in the center line of Detroit Avenue to the center line of Westlake Avenue; thence north in the center line of Westlake Avenue and Westlake Avenue extended to the south shore of Lake Erie; thence easterly along the south shore of Lake Erie to the point of beginning.
