Beginning at a point in the intersection of the south shore of Lake Erie with the center line of Westlake Avenue extended; thence south in the extension of the center line of Westlake Avenue extended and in the center line of Westlake Avenue to the center line of Detroit Avenue; thence west in the center line of Detroit Avenue to the center line of Woodward Avenue; thence south in the center line of Woodward Avenue to the center line of Fischer Road and also the south corporation line; thence west in the south corporation line to the southwesterly corner of the City of Lakewood; thence northerly in the westerly corporation line to the southerly shore line of Lake Erie; thence easterly along the south shore of Lake Erie to the point of beginning.
