(a) If requested, the Clerk of Council shall deliver one complete code in binder, including the Charter to the Mayor, one to the Judge and Clerk of the Municipal Court, one to each member of Council, one to the head of each department or division of the City, one to the Lakewood Public Library and Madison branch, one to the Lakewood Board of Education, one to the Juvenile Court of Cuyahoga County, and to other Public Entities as deemed appropriate by the Director of Law, and a complete code or such component parts of such code to the employees in each department or division of the City as may be necessary for the daily operation of such departments or divisions of the City.
(b) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to exchange copies of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, with municipalities extending like courtesy to the City.
(c) The Clerk of Council shall have authority to sell a printed copy of the Codified Ordinances, including the Charter, or a printed copy of the Charter separately, in heavy paper cover at the City’s cost.

(d) The Clerk of Council shall distribute periodically the amendments and supplements to the Codified Ordinances.
