Any person who shall do or commit any act that is forbidden by the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with Minnesota Statute 609.02 Subd. 3 as it may be amended from time to time; and the cost of prosecution may be added pursuant to Minn. Stat. §631.48. In addition, violations shall be reported to the Gambling Control Board and recommendation shall be made for suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an Organization's license.
