§ 94.30 SPRAYING TREES.
   (A)   Whenever the City Forester determines that any tree or wood within the city is infected or infested, they may spray all nearby high value trees an effective concentrate or other appropriate substance suitable for destroying or controlling disease, fungus, or infestation. Spraying activities authorized by this section Shall be conducted in accordance with technical and expert opinions and plans for the Commissioner of Agriculture and under the supervision of the Commissioner and their agents whenever possible.
   (B)   The notice provisions of § 94.29 apply to spraying operations conducted under this section.
