§ 93.06 ABATEMENT.
In the event of any nuisance as defined herein, the City Council may, by majority vote, order the owner, lessee or occupant or any person having care of control of any such lot or land to abate the nuisance and shall direct the City Clerk-Administrator issue a written notice to such person allowing ten days after the service of notice for such person to comply.
