(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any Person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 92.01 through 92.18 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in accordance with Minnesota Statute 609.02 Subd. 3 as it may be amended from time to time; and the cost of prosecution may be added pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 631.48.
