§ 92.34 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Chickens must be acquired and kept in good health and condition in accordance with any applicable state law.
   (B)   No Person who owns, controls, keeps, maintains, or harbors hen chickens shall permit the Premises where the hen chickens are kept to be or remain in an unhealthy, unsanitary, or noxious condition or to permit the Premises to be in such condition that noxious odors are carried to adjacent public or private property. City may inspect the Premises annually, or upon complaints from third parties, or whenever the City otherwise deems necessary.
   (C)   No Person having the care, custody, and control of any chicken shall abandon said chicken or allow any chicken to run At Large off the property of its Owner or custodian.
