City may grant a permit pursuant to this section only after the applicant has met any permitting and educational requirements as established and published by City. If the applicant is a renter, approval from the property Owner shall be required.
(A) Limitation on number of chickens. Permit holders shall be limited to a maximum of five (5) hen chickens. Roosters shall not be allowed.
(B) Term. All permits shall expire on March 31st of each year following the date of issuance unless sooner revoked and must be renewed annually thereafter by the permit holder.
(C) Fees. Application fees and renewal fees are in accordance with the fee schedule, as amended for such permits shall be as established in the license fee schedule. Associated fees for permits shall be payable upon application/renewal.
