No Dogs are allowed at any time in the following City Parks: The Swimming Beach, Riverfront Park and Pettitt Park.
Dogs are allowed within other City Park areas and shall be under the physical control, by leash or voice command, of the Owner, a member of the Owner's immediate family or a Person designated by the Owner at all times. For the purposes of this section, an active City Park shall include any park designated by City Council.
Owners are responsible for the pick-up and disposal of Dog waste from City Park areas. To preserve the health and safety of residents and the St. Croix River, Dog waste must be disposed of in containers away from the beach and river.
