§ 92.04 ANIMAL IMPOUND SERVICES.
   The City Council may appoint an Animal Impound Service and establish compensation for said service. Such Person or agency shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council. The City Council    shall annually review the work and compensation of the Animal Impound Service.
