As a subcommittee of the Park Board, there may be appointed by the Mayor and the Chairperson of the Park Board three city residents, who may also be members of the Park Board, to serve on the Park Technical Committee. The Park Technical Committee shall assist the Park Board by making site reviews, mooring and docking facility inspections, and/or other such tasks as may be assigned to it by the Chairperson and the Mayor from time to time. Like the Park Board members, the members of the Park Technical Committee shall serve annually within the year of their appointment.
