(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any member of the Council, peace officer, health officer or any properly designated employee of the city shall have the unqualified right to enter, inspect and search the premises of the licensee during business hours without a warrant for the purposes of determining whether any of the provisions of §§ 113.035 through 113.048 and 113.060 through 113.065 are being violated and may seize all intoxicating liquors found on the licensed premises. Any person violating any provision of §§ 113.035 through 113.048 and 113.060 through 113.065 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
